When I log in, my courses are not showing up.

It sounds like you will need to follow the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Ensure you are FULLY logged out of the Essentials in Writing website.

2. Clear your cache. Here is a link to help you: (Select your browser).

3. Open a new tab.

4. Log in. In order to view your online video lessons, you will click the red "User Login" button on our website's home screen. From there, you will enter your generated login details (username and password) to access your video lessons.
