Video streaming subscriptions last for 12 months but can be renewed later, at no additional charge, with proof of original purchase. Whether your student needs more time to complete the level, or you have another child who is ready to work on a level previously used by an older sibling, our Customer Service department will assist you with reactivating your subscription.
