What is your exchange policy?

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS:

Customers may exchange any physical textbooks, teacher handbooks, or other physical items within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in “like-new” and resalable condition without pencil/pen marks or physical damage. Items meeting these criteria will be eligible for an exchange minus shipping costs. If the exchanged items differ in price, the customer will either receive a refund for the difference or be responsible for payment.

 To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact Customer Service at info@essentialsinwriting.com to receive a Return Item Authorization number. Once Essentials in Writing has received the item(s), the customer can expect an exchange within two weeks.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DIGITAL-ONLY ITEMS:

Customers may exchange any digital textbooks, teacher handbooks, or other digital items within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the exchanged items differ in price, the customer will either receive a refund for the difference or be responsible for payment.

 

To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact Customer Service at info@essentialsinwriting.com. The customer can expect an exchange within two weeks.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Digital-only items are not eligible for a refund.
