Why are my active profiles not showing up?

Likely, you will need to follow the steps below to clear your cache (this is different than a refresh and/or your history): 

1. Ensure you are FULLY logged out of the Essentials in Writing website.

2. Clear your cache. Here is a link to help you: https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/719 (select your browser).

3. Open a NEW tab.

4. Go to essentialsinwriting.com.

5. Log in.
