Will I be able to reach out for feedback to Education Department? How often?

If you would like to set up an appointment to speak to one of our certified educators, please contact Customer Service. Our Education Team is happy to help parents with placement, specific learning differences, and lesson questions year-round. If you wish to receive consistent feedback on your students' compositions, please consider signing up for the Scoring Service when it is open for enrollment. Otherwise, both Customer Service and the Education Team will not provide consistent feedback on assignments.
